In SPIE’s local operations, sustainable and responsible procurement plays a key role. Our goal is to respond to the challenges of the energy transition with modern, environmentally conscious solutions, while our operations are guided by reducing environmental impacts and consistently upholding high professional, ethical, and human rights standards.

We believe that the foundation of our long-term success is a stable, transparent partnership built on mutual trust with our suppliers.
For us, sustainable procurement is not merely a one-sided legal requirement, but a shared responsibility.
We place great importance on active cooperation, regular evaluation, and the exchange of experience, all of which support the continuous improvement of our partners’ sustainability performance.
We view our suppliers as long-term strategic partners with whom we work together to strengthen responsible and ethical operations.
In order to ensure consistent expectations and smooth cooperation, we make the most important documents and guidelines available to our partners on this page (such as General Terms and Conditions, regulations, and information materials), which provide a clear framework for cooperation and support the consistent enforcement of sustainability, ethical, and human rights standards.

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form an integral part of our contracts concluded with subcontractors and sub-designers and are available by clicking the link below:
