Responsible company
Sustainability, responsibility and high ethical standards are at the heart of SPIE's operations. Our strategy is built on three pillars: responsible sourcing, employee ownership and zero tolerance for corruption.

Responsible sourcing and ethics
Suppliers are assessed through regular audits, with a particular focus on safety and environmental impact. Ethical operations are supported by a code of ethics, a whistleblowing system and targeted training.

Employee ownership
Employee ownership, which has been steadily growing since 1997, is a pillar of the company and an integral part of SPIE's identity. Over the years, this commitment has deepened and led to significant milestones such as the IPO in 2015.

We regularly offer our employees the SHARE FOR YOU ownership programme, creating opportunities for them to be an active long-term part of the company's success.

In 2021, employees became SPIE's largest shareholders, placing the company among the top companies in the SBF 120 index for employee ownership. SPIE is also a member of the Euronext FAS IAS index, which recognises companies with a strong ownership structure.
