The new facility was constructed on a site bounded by Egér Road, Bazsalikom Street, and the railway lines. The 132 kV power supply of the substation was established by splitting the Albertfalva–Kelenföld II cable, implemented as part of a separate project.
The site developed by our Substations business unit provides space for the outdoor installation of two 132/11 kV transformers along with their auxiliary equipment. The modern switchgear and control building of the substation houses the 132 kV SF₆-insulated switchgear and the 11 kV air-insulated switchgear, together with a complete protection, automation, and auxiliary systems.
Construction works were successfully completed in August 2024, in accordance with the contract.
